I saw this particular design on NetTuts, and was wondering if I could take that tutorial to the next step. Would you give me permission to take your photoshop tutorial and create a html/css tutorial based on that design?

I am a NetTuts user and I am learning your tutorial. For a particular project, I have to use Microsoft Expression. When I try to use the slide technique of the main content, it Expression doesn’t seem to pick up the javascript. But if I copy the exact code into Dreamweaver and I preview, it works perfectly. Do you have any idea why it won’t work in Expression?

I tried making this sort of design but a diffrent layout and stuff. but i want to use the same technique as you used for the navigation like how the orange thing pops up and i dont know how to do that? any easieir way of doing that? like i can send u the code and maybe you can look at it.. by the i am 15 and am interested in this .. thanks a lot for your help

Hi hassan, glad you’re working on this one Currently I’m very busy but I’m sure you can find some solutions to your problem on the web. From what I understood is that you’re trying to create this orange link on :hover with CSS, right? If this is so then check out some CSS tutorials on the web like this one http://www.alistapart.com/articles/slidingdoors/

It’s called the Sliding Doors technique, maybe a bit advanced for you now but worth checking out.

Hello, be no means am I a programmer or have much knowledge of themes or colors. Thats why I’m reaching out to you. I’m using your BVD theme for Wordpress and would like to change colors. However I was told there is way too much programming involved. Is this true?

That’s not true. All you need to do is export few bg images with your new color of choice and that’s it.
